Class 7A’s exciting trip to the cinema

Karlsruhe (Sm, Cop). On Friday, 7th February, class 7A embarked on an exciting trip to the cinema to watch the movie Wicked in its original English version. This unique experience allowed us to enjoy the movie while improving our language skills and gaining inspiration for our own theatre production.

Before the movie started, we all made sure to stock up on plenty of popcorn, nachos, and drinks – enough to last us through the entire 2-hour and 45-minute runtime. Once we had our snacks, we settled into Cinema 10, which was reserved exclusively for our class, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Watching Wicked was not only entertaining but also educational. The movie’s powerful performances taught us a lot about acting and how to effectively convey emotions on stage. These insights will be incredibly useful as we prepare for our own play, My Teacher is an Alien, which we will perform at the end of the school year.

The trip was a fantastic opportunity to bond as a class while gaining valuable lessons in theatre. It was an unforgettable experience that will surely help us bring our own production to life with even more passion and creativity!
